How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account or personal data, email support@healthtrends.app from the email address associated with your Health Trends account.
If account features are not yet available in the app, you may still contact us at support@healthtrends.app with any data deletion or privacy-related request.
Verification
To protect user privacy and security, we may ask you to provide additional information to verify that you are authorized to request deletion of the account or data.
What data may be deleted
Depending on your usage of Health Trends, deletion may include account profile information, user-provided laboratory entries, health indicator records, support communications associated with your account, and other personal data linked to your account.
What data may be retained
Certain records may be retained when required by law, to meet security obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, or protect the integrity of the service.
Processing time
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is required, we may notify you where appropriate.
Effect of deletion
Deleting your account or personal data may limit or permanently remove your ability to access certain Health Trends features, saved entries, historical records, or app functionality.
