Health Trends is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only. The service is intended to help users organize laboratory results, track health indicators, and review changes over time. Health Trends does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

Health Trends does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Information provided by the app, including AI-assisted explanations, should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions.

Health Trends is not intended for emergency use. In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

You are responsible for the information you enter, upload, or store in Health Trends. You are also responsible for reviewing information carefully and seeking professional medical advice where appropriate.

If account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may request account or data deletion according to the process described on the Delete Account page. Some records may be retained when required by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate operational purposes.

Health Trends may include AI-assisted features that generate informational explanations of health indicators. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your individual situation. AI-assisted content should always be reviewed with appropriate caution and should not be treated as medical advice.

You agree not to misuse Health Trends, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Health Trends and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or related services. Health Trends is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of medical suitability, diagnostic accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Health Trends from time to time to improve the app, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements. We may also update these Terms when needed. Updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate.
