Delete Account / Data Deletion

How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account or personal data, email support@med-chart.com from the email address associated with your MedChart account.
The web cabinet does not delete the account by itself. Send the request to support@med-chart.com from the email address linked to your MedChart account.
Verification
To protect user privacy and security, we may ask you to provide additional information to verify that you are authorized to request deletion of the account or data.
What data may be deleted
Depending on your usage of MedChart, deletion may include account profile information, user-provided laboratory entries, health indicator records, support communications associated with your account, and other personal data linked to your account.
What data may be retained
After account deletion, we may retain a limited deletion record containing the account identifier, email address, name, deletion date, and optional deletion reason for security, fraud-prevention, and support purposes. Health-related data is deleted.
Processing time
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is required, we may notify you where appropriate.
Effect of deletion
Deleting your account or personal data may limit or permanently remove your ability to access certain MedChart features, saved entries, historical records, or app functionality.
